Founded in 2002, Precision Playgrounds is the nation's premier playground installation company, known for its consistency, professionalism, attention to detail and a high level of customer service. Precision Playgrounds began franchising its operations in 2008 and currently has 16 franchises covering 37 states. The company's franchisees have collectively 150+ years of combined experience in playground and recreational equipment  installations.

Precision Playgrounds has installed thousands of playgrounds, shades and shelters nationwide.  We average over 800 installations per year.   Efficiency, attention to detail and customer service are paramount at Precision Playgrounds.

Our Franchisees are dedicated and hard-working business owners who have a strict eye for detail and are dedicated to excellence.  In this role, you will be responsible building and hiring your own team, managing your own budget, and taking on projects across the country. Precision Playgrounds' corporate team handles all of the quoting, getting you new jobs, paperwork, etc.

Salary

As a business owner, your salary is determined by how much business you take on and how well you manage your operating expenses. The average Franchisee's gross revenue (in their first 12 months) can be between $150,000 and $175,000. Top performing seasoned Franchisees, who are willing to take on projects anywhere in the country, earn over $350,000 in gross revenue.

• Entrepreneurial spirit

• Physically fit and willing to get dirty to help build playgrounds

• Experience leading teams and managing projects

• Mechanically inclined

• Strict eye for detail

• Enjoys working outside and being in the elements when necessary

Other Considerations

• Initial investment is $75,000 to purchase the franchise.  We do have a financing program for qualified applicants.  Additional start up costs such as truck, tools, working capital, etc. are not included in your initial investment.  Costs will vary based on the individual as some may have a truck and tools already.

• No prior experience necessary. Precision Playgrounds will train you for everything you need to know, both in the office and in the field.

• You are not responsible for purchasing the playground equipment. Precision Playgrounds is strictly an installation company.

• You will be responsible for hiring your own crew. The recommended crew size is 2-3.
